Subscription Information
The following information is provided to comply with App Store guidelines for auto‑renewable subscriptions.
Available subscriptions
- Title RESGEMS Premium Monthly — Length 1 month
- Title RESGEMS Premium Yearly — Length 1 year
Prices vary by country and currency. Exact price is shown in the App Store based on your region.
Auto-renew & billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Your account may be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store after purchase.
Free trials (if available)
- Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Unused portions of a trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Terms of Use (Apple EULA)
By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s Standard Terms (EULA) and the Terms of Service below, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Terms of Service
By using RESGEMS (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the applicable App Store rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with others’ access or use of the App.
Purchases and subscriptions
Billing terms appear at purchase and may include taxes depending on your region.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or other valid reasons, with or without notice where permitted by law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
